MES Patriot – Production Monitoring
A constant overview is crucial for production. Whether your company needs charts, tables, or other forms, we can display them.
For this purpose, we use large factory-installed screens or displays, or any device with an internet browser.
MES Patriot – Process Data Collection
Data collection from machines and production lines provides up-to-date information on production, production status, number of products, number of defective parts, or downtime. Operators can also interactively supplement this information with data on the causes of these issues.
Modern technology for data collection at production machines or input via production terminals ensures error-free processing, which is often difficult to achieve when manually entering data into predefined forms. The information about production processes is accurate, and the details of the work performed can be transferred directly to the ERP system. Complete records of production, orders, materials used, and product parts, including historical data, are included.
MES Patriot – OEE and Visualization
We can clearly and precisely present machine availability, downtime, and utilization in numerical form. Online, we calculate and display useful OEE indicators, the status of work in progress, and other process data required for production.
Depending on customer requirements, we calculate and evaluate key parameters that arise during production, because we know how important it is for production to have a constant overview. Whether your company needs charts, tables, or other forms, we can display them. For this purpose, we use large screens or displays in the factory or any device with a web browser.
MES Patriot – Traceability
A useful component is the product and packaging traceability module. High-quality, unique identification technology is required to ensure correct operation.
MES Patriot – Rapid Response System (RRS)
Production monitoring and tracking can be supplemented with functions that enable an effective response to the occurrence of errors in production. This functionality is included in the Fast Reaction System (FRS) module, which significantly reduces the frequency and duration of unplanned production interruptions.
This is achieved through the use of a sophisticated system for alerting responsible personnel to production errors, including the escalation of unresolved incidents. FRS significantly shortens response times to production disruptions, identifies them quickly, and eliminates downtime. It feeds information outputs into the production plan and tracks downtime and deviations from the production trend. Outputs include event logs of errors that occurred and their resolution.
MES Patriot – Maintenance Management
The maintenance management system is modular and can maintain complete records for buildings, process units, machines, and equipment, down to the individual components. In addition to basic records, it enables maintenance planning and the analysis of maintenance costs. It comprehensively records the maintenance object with a description of its technical aspects and provides an overview of the equipment’s criticality. Maintenance planning is based on OEE and other performance indicators for maintenance work, and time records are generated. The system allows for the manual entry of maintenance requirements and monitoring of the current status. It provides for the collection of data on the reliability of critical equipment (MOTTF parameter monitoring). Using advanced statistical methods, it enables predictive maintenance of machines and equipment and supports a proactive approach to maintenance management. Connecting vibration sensors allows for precise diagnostics and preventive intervention by maintenance technicians, as well as the measurement of maintenance performance through key indicators. It offers intelligent maintenance management via a mobile app.
It distinguishes the following fundamental types of maintenance:
Preventive, in the form of regular maintenance within a defined cycle.
After a breakdown, it is essential to ensure that the breakdown is resolved quickly and efficiently.
Diagnostic, based on diagnostic data acquired directly at the machine.
Predictive, based on a mathematical recovery model according to the Weibull distribution or a vibration assessment.
