Since 1996, the Swiss company Taconova Group AG has operated its main European production plant in Velešín, South Bohemia. It specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of products for hydraulic balancing systems, surface heating, system technology, fittings, and pump technology. In April 2024, the second South Bohemian production plant was launched in Boršov nad Vltavou. Taconova utilizes the MES Patriot information production system for operational production planning, monitoring and evaluating production processes, both manual and automated production reporting, and ensuring the quality control of produced goods. In 2025, Taconova plans to acquire the Patriot CMMS system for maintenance management in its plants.
