Special Electronics Development

The dataPartner company has its own equipment for accelerated aging and monitoring of time changes in the properties of electronic prototypes, testing the influence and resistance to EMC interference fields, monitoring the size of self-radiation and the efficiency of eliminating radiated EMC. It also has means for microscopic analysis of electronic components parameters and means for time analysis of transient and periodic events. There is an antistatic workplace, a fine assembly workshop and a rough workshop, which is equipped with a CNC milling machine and a number of various electrical and mechanical tools.

In addition to instrumentation and machinery, dataPartner has extensive software for PCB design, electrical and construction project creation, and gate array programming. The company also has software tools for firmware creation, verification and validation, and security certification.

The development of electronics starts by electronic circuit diagram design, any calculations to verify the effects of electromagnetic and electrostatic fields, and design of printed circuit boards. Subsequently, an assembly plan is created, components are selected and ordered, and everything is handed over to a verified external workplace for DSP creation and machine assembly of components. This is followed by commissioning of the devices, their installation in the cabinet and final verification of the desired properties. In the case of repeating a larger number of identical pieces, after creating and testing several prototypes, the order with documentation is handed over to a verified external supplier for implementation.
